I'd just like to thank the drivers who delivered a settee to my daughter's house in Lincolnshire today (Littlewoods catalogue order). The weather is atrocious, Lincolnshire is practically cut off from the rest of the UK, not a road is unblocked and we have incredible amounts of snow, yet these two lads have battled on regardless and done their delivery, on time too! Not all heroes wear capes, if more people were like Geoff and Kulwinder the country would not be grinding to a halt today. Well done those men!
I am so pleased in this day and age that GREAT service is still at the core of certain businesses. The delivery I received on Monday 26/02/2018 was outstanding! The driver called 20 minutes before the delivery and when the lorry arrived I was greeted by both Mark and Andy who made the process of delivering my sofa effortless. Hats of to both you guys!
The delivery was at a perfect time. Brian and Eddie were friendly and professional. They were efficient at getting the couches in the living room even though they didn't have much room to manoeuvre in my little square of hallway. They were also very quick getting the packaging of and took it away. I was very impressed. Thank you.
Great service Dewi and Josh delivered our mower on time , even though it was blizzard conditions and we thought we may not get the parcel due to the poor weather conditions. well done thanks.
Alan and Brandon did an excellent job delivering my chest of drawers. Both took great care of the product and facilitated delivery despite difficult weather conditions caused by snow.
It would be nice if all delivery teams were as professional and friendly as these guys. Alan and Kim delivered my Swoon Editions AV unit this morning. The ArrowXL website is great for tracking their progress and they called about half an hour before arriving. They assemble the furniture (just attaching the legs in my case) and take away all the packaging. The standard screws seemed a little long for the unit and rather than screw them straight in and damage the unit, they stopped and checked their van for another size. The design of the unit must have changed a little so they didn't screw them in too far - great initiative and you don't feel like they're simply there to deliver and walk away. Prior to delivery I left notes about access to my gated estate with Cydnee via the live chat and these were clearly followed by Alan and Kim. A great ending to my first purchase from Swoon Editions.
