Having been notified that my delivery would be with me during a certain timescale, I made arrangements to be at home. I knew my item would have lots of packaging, and had asked neighbours if they would allow me to use some of their recycling space, knowing mine wouldn't have held the amount I anticipated. When Scott and Matt arrived with my new chair, they asked if I would like them to unpackage it, place it when I wanted it to go, and dispose of all the cardboard and taping . What a brilliant service and the guys were so pleasant and helpful, not leaving until I was 100% certain I didn't have to move the chair on my own. A touch of real old-fashioned, care for the customer, sadly missing so often these days. Thank you, boys! You were awesome!
Mark & Andy - Thank you for my delivery today, went out of there way to get the item through and over the cars to where the item needed to be, the item arrived in good condition and very nice friendly people. Thanks again.
Thanks for delivering my new fridge freezer this morning and taking the old one away. Great communications including a telephone call 30 minutes before delivery so no wasted time. Mark and Andy were totally professional and carried out the job quickly and efficiently.
Just had Adam and Jess deliver a sideboard from Swoon Editions. They were absolutely lovely! Super friendly and great attitude, very professional and careful. They rang an hour ahead and arrived when they said they would. They also unpackaged it very neatly and took away the packaging. Would highly recommend
I had my corner sofa delivered today by Mick and Mark. The service was second to none! Really efficient, helpful and friendly. They took the time to unpack my sofa, clear the packaging and placed my sofa where I wanted it, they even showed me how to use my recliner (as it’s a power recliner) Thanks again guys for an efficient friendly service.
The crew handling my collection today (P Magor & Pete) were A1, spot-on, brilliant! They called well in advance of the scheduled collection time to confirm details, and I provided some additional info. re. parking for them. All in all a very positive experience: all couriers should take note of how a good and friendly attitude goes a long, long way towards ensuring all-round customer satisfaction.

The service we received today was nothing short of exceptional ... he is a total asset and a credit to your company!
