Charlie Shiels
Chief Executive Officer
Charlie has been with the business since 2017, and as a lifelong logistician, he brings over 40 years of logistics experience – including 15 on the board of DPD before joining ArrowXL. He has a strong understanding of supply chains and how they fit into delivery success. He also brings a passion for the highest service levels, employee development, and engagement.
Nicola Waring
Chief People Officer
Nic joined the business in 2020 following over 25 years of Senior HR experience with Asda, Heinz, webuyanycar.com, and most recently with JWLees Brewery where she held a board position as their People Director. Her focus is to continually improve companywide colleague engagement, whilst assisting the business in driving effective performance.
Gary Tickle
Chief Financial Officer
Gary joined the business in 2016 having amassed 17 years of senior finance experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture, Unilever and Promethean. His primary focus is to ensure the business meets all of its statutory obligations, remains in good financial health and is well positioned for growth. Gary is committed to high standards, removing complexity and driving the business forward.

Luke has been with the business since 2015 having joined as an Operations Manager, soon being promoted to General Manager and Regional roles, before taking up the COO position in 2023. Luke brings 10 years of industry experience and places a great emphasis on high standards and developing great teams in order to deliver exceptional service.
