Gary Tickle
Chief Financial Officer
Gary joined the business in 2016 having amassed 17 years of senior finance experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture, Unilever and Promethean. His primary focus is to ensure the business meets all of its statutory obligations, remains in good financial health and is well positioned for growth. Gary is committed to high standards, removing complexity and driving the business forward.
Rachel Hopkins
Chief Information Officer
Rachel joined ArrowXL as CIO having previously held the position of IT and Change Director at Arrow Global. Rachel has an MBA from Warwick University and worked in Deloitte Consulting’s CIO Practice for 8 years. She has responsibility for all aspects of IT at ArrowXL ranging from the definition of IT strategy to ensuring great IT service and systems availability, as well as the delivery of projects and new capabilities to support our clients and business growth.
Luke Barton
Chief Operating Officer
Luke has been with the business since 2015 having joined as an Operations Manager, soon being promoted to General Manager and Regional roles, before taking up the COO position in 2023. Luke brings 10 years of industry experience and places a great emphasis on high standards and developing great teams in order to deliver exceptional service.
Patrice Schneider
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Patrice brings a depth of experience in logistics, transport, and supply chain management, with more than two decades across senior leadership, consultancy, and operational transformation roles, most recently as Vice President of Operations at DHL Supply Chain.
