Our standard offerings include Next-Day, Nominated Day, and Diary Booking. Additional in-home services can be provided based on your product type and the delivery experience you wish your customers to receive.



Our Next-Day offering provides delivery on the next working day and is available 6 days of the week. This service is ideal for high-ticket items, and white goods that require fast delivery for household emergencies.

Our Nominated Day offering allows your customers to receive their delivery within a set period, which is typically 48 hours. A great service for products categorised as "needed but not in a hurry" such as fitness equipment, and cycling equipment.

Our most popular offering, Diary Booking provides your customers with the power to book a delivery date that is suitable for them at a point in the near future. It's simple and intuitive - that's all there really is to it.

We contact all your customers throughout the delivery journey to ensure they're kept informed. Communications include email and SMS; with voice contact should we need to.

Personal Delivery Team

Our deliveries aren’t just about meeting you at the front door, we give your customers the names of our delivery teams and their delivery sequence number to await their arrival.

Delivery Team Pre-Call

Keeping customers in the know - our delivery team will call customers whilst en route to their property. This ensures that they're ready and waiting to take delivery.

Live Dynamic Tracking

Using our tracking web app askAXL, your customers can track their delivery in real-time throughout the day.

Two-Hour Delivery Window

Your customer will receive an SMS and email with their two-hour time slot the day before their delivery.

Room of Choice (Standard)

All our deliveries include delivery to the room of choice as standard.

Unpack & Inspection

For extra peace of mind, our delivery teams can unpack your customer's product and inspect it upon delivery.

Packaging Removal & Recycling

Provide your customers with the option of packaging removal which also includes recycling of materials at our hubs.

Appliance Connect & Disconnect

Our delivery teams are trained to conduct basic connect and disconnect on a variety of appliances including freestanding washing machines.

End-of-Life Recycling

We recycle a large proportion of end-of-life products including upholstery, beds, mattresses, and furniture.

WEEE Recycling

We can provide a collection service for a variety of products and dispose of them under Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations. Products can then be recycled appropriately with one of our partners - reducing the amounts incinerated or sent to landfill sites.

Lite Assembly

For those finishing touches, we can provide lite assembly such as feet on sofas to cushion plumping - tell us what you require.

Plug & Play

Provide your customers with those little extras when it comes to electricals. Our basic plug & play service includes TV stand installation and plugging in of devices.
