Jack Cannon’s Journey and Experience

Jack’s career at ArrowXL has been marked by versatility and a deep understanding of our operations. He started on the road as part of a delivery crew and quickly moved through several key roles across the company. His experience spans multiple departments, including Audit, Weights and Dimensions, and the Receiving Bay, where he gained hands-on experience in the logistics side of our business.

Jack has also worked extensively in the Contact Centre, handling both inbound and outbound calls and serving as a senior advisor. His responsibilities extended to managing the webchat team and taking calls from crews on the My Customer Line, showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in various customer service roles. Jack’s meticulous nature and attention to detail were evident in his work curating Trustpilot reviews, where he organised customer feedback for Joanne Horne, helping us maintain high standards of service.
