Stuart’s career with us began at White Arrow in Worcester, where he joined as a department manager at a time when we served only a single client. Now, three decades later, he continues to play an integral role in ArrowXL’s success and growth.

Stuart’s journey began in operations, where he held a variety of leadership roles, including General Manager, before taking on new challenges in the commercial sector. His wealth of operational experience provides invaluable insight into ArrowXL’s unique role in the logistics industry. Over the years, Stuart has navigated significant transformations within the company—through ownership changes, mergers, and rebrands from White Arrow and Reality to Yodel XL, and finally, ArrowXL. His ability to adapt to each phase of change has not only strengthened his skillset but also enriched our team and company.

Stuart’s tenure is defined by his unwavering commitment to ArrowXL’s values and people. Through challenges such as floods, IT outages, and even a fire, Stuart has experienced the resilience and unity of our team. “I’ve made some strong friendships over the years and stay in touch even when people have left,” he reflects.

As Commercial Manager, Stuart now leads the onboarding of new clients, a core speciality of ArrowXL. His in-depth operational expertise enables him to identify and meet each client’s unique requirements, ensuring a seamless transition into our bespoke 2-person delivery and warehousing solutions.
