• London (W7, N17, CR4)
• North West (PR9)
• South East (ME15, GU21)

This policy is subject to change and we will be continuously reviewing and amend as necessary.

Due to the strict lockdown that the Isle of Man will be entering from 00:01 on 7 January 2021, ArrowXL will not be able to enter a customers property during this time by law. ArrowXL will be moving to a strict doorstep only delivery policy whilst in lockdown.

As in previous lockdowns, ArrowXL can assure you that deliveries and collections throughout this period will continue.

These dynamic risk assessments will continue throughout this lockdown period, with our delivery teams also pre-calling all customers to explain our position and it is also an opportunity to receive crucial information regarding the properties we are visiting.

Further to the Prime Ministers announcement on Saturday 31 October which confirmed a national lockdown for England from Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December, ArrowXL can assure you that deliveries throughout this period will continue.

At ArrowXL the health and safety of our customers and our delivery teams is our highest priority. As a result of an increase in the ‘R’ rate in pockets of the U.K and the implementation of local lockdowns, not all services are currently available in all delivery areas. Whilst local restrictions are in place we may revert to doorstep delivery only. Your delivery crew will update you when pre-calling prior to delivery. Please note we have implemented signatureless delivery whereby our crews will sign the POD on your behalf once the delivery is made.

In line with current Government guidance and following the announcement on Thursday 30th July, the following areas will be doorstep delivery only: Greater Manchester, East Lancashire and parts of West Yorkshire.

Affected local areas within Leicester will continue to be doorstep delivery only.

From today our delivery teams will deliver into your room of choice. You will be asked to remain socially distanced, 2 metres or more, whilst the delivery is in progress.

If you prefer, the delivery crew can still leave your delivery on the doorstep.

The IBEC (Irish Retail Consortium) and the Irish Government have made the decision to overturn the suspension of the delivery of all non-essential retail goods. Therefore, deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will continue as normal.

These deliveries will be on a doorstop only basis.

Also continuing on a doorstop only basis are deliveries to the following:

• Isle of Man
• Northern Ireland
• Scottish Offshore Islands
• Isle of Wight

With effect from today, we will be stopping customer collections, returns and swap out including the recycling of old products until further notice.

In accordance with the latest Government and Public Health England advice, our crews will be delivering to doorstep only and will not be able to collect any items for return. As part of these changes, our crews will knock at your door then step away giving you the opportunity to check your delivery.

From the 24th March 2020, we will no longer deliver into the home. Our crews will either deliver to the doorstep or to a nominated safe place.

Following the Prime Minister's update, ArrowXL is looking at ways to further protect the welfare of your our crews and customers whilst maintaining our services.

We are now taking the next step with immediate effect which will be to deliver to doorstep or customer nominated safe place. No product will be left without customer agreement.

All collections will be required to be presented to the door step or a safe place by your customers. If possible customers are requested to wipe down/disinfect products for collection.
