ArrowXL Launches New App to Boost Employee Engagement

The new online portal and app for ArrowXL employees

ArrowXL, the UK’s leading two-person home delivery expert, has launched an innovative online portal and app to enhance how it communicates with its employees.

 

The Hub has been successfully rolled out across the company’s 1144-strong workforce based throughout the UK. The Hub is designed to improve employee engagement by providing colleagues with the latest company news and announcements, quick access to relevant forms and documentation, as well a range of benefits and unique discount vouchers that can be used at many leading retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues.

 

The tailored portal, which can be accessed via the Internet or by downloading the dedicated app on a smartphone or tablet, was designed and developed by ArrowXL in collaboration with Personal Group. Moving forward, The Hub will also be used to launch future schemes and programmes that promote and support reward and recognition across the business.
