ArrowXL has re-commenced deliveries to consumers in the postcodes affected by our Worcester warehouse fire.
We are now underway but there is a significant amount of orders to work through that will take some time to complete.
We’re going as fast as we can to increase the delivery capacity at our temporary hub in Chepstow, however, the timeline to rearrange all affected consumer deliveries is not as short as we’d like.
ArrowXL is very grateful for your patience until now, and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to rearrange deliveries.
This week, our site team is undertaking audits to validate the stock held on-site, and this should minimise any further disruption with deliveries.
We expect to complete this activity and be back up and running to our normal delivery capacity by this weekend 6th May.
We will continue to communicate with consumers affected by this when deliveries are again ready to be made, and there will be normal communications for any deliveries scheduled.
Please rest assured that ArrowXL teams are working hard to contact consumers at the earliest possible opportunity to arrange suitable dates for delivery.
As soon as we’re in a position to rearrange your delivery, we will send you a link via SMS and email to book a convenient delivery date.
No deliveries will be attempted without first agreeing a date with you.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this situation has caused.
Many thanks for your understanding during this challenging time.
